NHS App Issue and Online Access

**This guide only applies to previous Somerton House Surgery patients who are experiencing issues with the NHS App.**

Our apologies for the recent issues with the NHS App since the merge of St Chads & Chilcompton Surgery and Somerton House Surgery. Please follow the guide below to re-register with the NHS App.

Re-Registering the NHS App.

  1. Log in to your NHS account via the NHS App or NHS.UK
  2. Select the ‘More’ icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Select ‘Account and settings’
  4. Select ‘Manage NHS account’
  5. Select ‘Your NHS login details’
  6. Then ‘Delete NHS login’.
  7. Once the above steps have been complete you can then re-register and link SOMER VALLEY MEDICAL GROUP ( L81025 )
