**This guide only applies to previous Somerton House Surgery patients who are experiencing issues with the NHS App.**
Our apologies for the recent issues with the NHS App since the merge of St Chads & Chilcompton Surgery and Somerton House Surgery. Please follow the guide below to re-register with the NHS App.
Re-Registering the NHS App.
- Log in to your NHS account via the NHS App or NHS.UK
- Select the ‘More’ icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Select ‘Account and settings’
- Select ‘Manage NHS account’
- Select ‘Your NHS login details’
- Then ‘Delete NHS login’.
- Once the above steps have been complete you can then re-register and link SOMER VALLEY MEDICAL GROUP ( L81025 )
